We offer the following
processing and shipping methods,
which are summarized in the table below.

Total purchase-based price: $6.75 and up (free for
orders $300 and up)
Processing/shipment time = 5 -10 business
days, depending on weight, shipment destination, and special
orders (personalization)
2) Expedited/3-Day Guarantee:
$17.50 and up

3-day delivery once order is
ready for shipment.
When you select this shipping method, we
consider shipment destination and carrier
(e.g., UPS, FedEx)-estimated shipment
duration. We will select an appropriate
carrier and selection method (e.g., Ground,
Air, etc.) in order to ensure that your
items ship in 3 days.
Our expedited shipping rates reflect ACTUAL
SHIPMENT TIME, and do not take into account
packaging/processing time, which may take 1
- 3 business days (M - F).
Depending on item availability, NOT ALL
ITEMS can be shipped via 3-day guarantee.
For some items, shipping is calculated
after an order has been placed, and will
show as a separate charge on your credit
card. You will be emailed if this is
applicable to your order. If you do not
reply with authorization to this additional
charge, your order will be voided.
Minimum Order
We do not require a minimum dollar amount
per order.
However, some of our
wedding favors, personalized
favors, and centerpiece items must be
purchased at a minimum quantity, as
described in the detailed product
descriptions on our site.

Sales Tax
Virginia sales tax (5%) is applied to orders
shipped to residents of Virginia, per state laws. All
other states are tax exempt.
Cancel or Change an Order
To cancel or change your order, just email
us with your contact information and order
details. However, you must let us
know ASAP. Orders that have been processed
already (usually occurs within 24 hours)
cannot be cancelled.
Product
Availability
We attempt to keep in-stock details updated
for each of our products. In the event that
a product that you order is not available in
the full quantity ordered, we will notify you
immediately and refund or replace your
order. Items of the order that are available
in the full quantity ordered will be shipped
immediately.
Multiple Packages/Multiple Shipments
Items
within your order may be shipped within multiple shipments at no additional
charge to you. Whether or not items in your order will be shipped in multiple
shipments depends on item availability and the warehouse location that
houses the item(s) that you are purchasing.
Free Shipping on Orders Totaling $300 or
More
We offer free shipping on orders
totaling $300 or more. We make it easy! You
do not need to enter a coupon code or worry
about forgetting. The shipping rate is
automatically deducted from all orders
totaling $300 or more. Additionally, our
ground shipping rates for orders under
$300 are a flat-rate of $5.95 with no
item limit!
International
Orders
We only ship to the Continental U.S. and
Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to any
other Islands or Provinces of the U.S.
We do not accept most International orders
at this time. Some items can, however, be
shipped to Canada. Please contact us for
availability.
Regarding
Canadian
Orders:
Canadian Orders
will be
subject to a $18 and up additional shipping fee,
which is based on the total purchase.
We only ship Canadian
orders via Standard mail. Expedited shipping
services are only available for some
items/orders, and only with special request
(email
us at
custserv@2bwed.biz).
Expedited Canadian orders will be subject to
an additional $20 and up charge for
shipping, depending upon destination and
package weight.
Hawaii
and Alaska Orders
We do not currently ship to Hawaii or
Alaska.
Contacting Us
Some of our items are shipped directly from
our manufacturers and suppliers. Their
contact information may be included on or in
the packaging. If you have any questions
about your order, please contact us
directly. If you contact the shipper, there
is no guarantee that your
questions/concerns will be forwarded to us.
P.O. Boxes, APOs,
Our items cannot be shipped to P.O.
Boxes, or APOs, or other Military
Mailboxes. Most of our items are shipped via
UPS, and UPS does not deliver to such
addresses at this time.
Shipment to Non-Residential Locations
IMPORTANT:
This topic refers to shipment to Office
Buildings and Hotels -
Due to the difficulty in tracking
delivery to the actual desired recipient for
orders in which the customer has requested
shipment to Office Buildings or Hotels, or
other Non-Residential locations, we will not
be held accountable for items lost after
having been delivered to the Office Building
or Hotel, or other Non-Residential location,
as verified by our Tracking Methods. If our
Tracking Method (usually UPS Tracking
Numbers) indicates delivery to the location
that you have selected, we will not be
further responsible for receipt of your
items once they have made it into the hands
of Office Building Personnel, Hotel Staff,
or Other Non-Residential location employees.

Security
Our shopping cart is available 24/7 and
is 100% secure. We use 128-bit secure sockets
layer (SSL) technology for data
encryption of your personal and credit
card information. Additionally, our site
is scanned daily by a third party (https://www.scanalert.com)
in order to ensure the security of our
site (see our live security emblem at
the bottom of this page).
A small yellow lock ( )
will be present
in the lower portion of your browser screen
on the page into which you enter your credit
card number and expiration date. The lock
indicates correct functioning of the data
encryption technology.
Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to notify the buyer
of a pricing error on our website.
Continued processing of the order will
only occur with the buyer's permission.
14-day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, or a
portion of your purchase, simply follow
the instructions under our
Return Policy
on gaining authorization and returning
an item to us.
Limitations: Non-returnable
items, such as unity candles and
personalized favors and glassware, are not included
under our 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Placing An Order Online
Adding Items to Cart: Add items that you
would like to purchase to the Shopping
Cart by pressing the "Add to Cart
button".
Features: Some items require that
"Features" be selected prior to an item
being added to the Shopping Cart.
Features include color, size, and
personalization details. Not all items
require that Features be added since
features are only associated with some
items. If an item requires that the
customer select one or more features
prior to adding the item to the cart,
you may receive an error when you add
the item to the Shopping Cart. The error
may state that "Feature is required" for
the item. Go back to the products detail
page, and select the desired features,
then add the item to the Shopping Cart
again.
Altering the quantity of a given item in
the Shopping Cart: Change quantity of
items in the shopping cart by changing
the number and pressing the
"Recalculate" button. If you would like
to remove an item from the cart, check
the "Remove" button in the row for the
item, and then press "Recalculate".
When you have finished adding all items
that you would like to purchase to the
Shopping Cart, press the "Checkout"
button.
Billing Address and Shipping Details:
Fill out your Billing Address (the
address where you receive your credit
card statement for the credit card that
you will be using). Select a Shipping
Method (see above, "Shipping Methods and
"Rates", for a description of the
available shipping options and rates).
Fill out the desired Shipping To Name
and Address if these are different from
the Billing Address. You must check the
box indicating that you have read the
Return Policy before continuing to the
next page.
Press "Continue" to advance to the next
page, which will display the subtotal,
taxes if applicable, shipment cost, and
the total cost for the order.
Press "Continue" to advance to the next
page, where you will be prompted to
enter your credit card number,
expiration date, and Card Verification
(CV) number. The CV number is the last 3
digits on the back of your card in the
signature strip area.
Once you have pressed "Pay By Credit
Card", if all information was correct
and the transaction was approved, your
order is complete. If there were any
errors with the credit card number or
problems in verifying the credit card
number, you will receive an error
message on the screen. After you have
placed your order, expect to receive an
email from
custserv@2bwed.biz
verifying receipt and processing of your
order within 48 hours.
In very rare instances, an order may not
have been processed correctly in the
system, so, therefore, would have not
been received by us. If you are
concerned whether or not your order was
received, please email us at

fax orders securely!
Should I use PayPal?
You have two options for processing your
payment online for your purchase on our
website.
1) Our Secure Payment Page: Enter your
credit card information into our payment
page. Our payment page is 128-bit SSL
secured, meaning that all information is
encrypted upon data transfer.
2) PayPal Secure Payment Page: Enter
your PayPal account information - Your
payment will be processed through your
PayPal account. You will receive payment
confirmation from both us and PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account to
choose to pay for your purchase using
PayPal. Whether or not you choose to use
PayPal is entirely up to you.
Some individuals prefer to open a PayPal
account and process all of their online
purchases through PayPal because only PayPal
will have access to their credit card
information. PayPal pays the merchant
(i.e., the online store) for purchases processed through PayPal.
The merchant never "sees" the customer's
actual credit card number.

Placing a Phone Order and Reaching us By Phone
Due to heavy call volume, and a limited
number of in-house administrative staff,
we may not be able to answer your call
right away. Please leave us a message if
asked to do so when you call us. If your
call cannot be easily returned, the best
time to reach us is on the weekends! In
order to keep our product costs low, we
limit the number of in-office
administrative staff. Our busiest time
is during the week.
Warm Months
Chocolates, candles, and other items
that may be sensitive to warm summer
temperatures must be shipped via 3-day
shipping. We will apply 3-day shipping
to your order if you have not selected
it at checkout for orders expected to
take more than 3 days to ship via
Standard shipping based on our Shipment
Carrier Estimates (UPS, USPS, FedEx). We
will notify you of this additional
charge via email or phone.
Personalized Items
If you order personalized items, please
carefully enter personalization details.
We will NOT be held responsible, or
replace/refund personalized items at
cost to us, for misspellings. If you are
concerned that you may have made a
spelling error, you may log in to check
your order via the "My
Account" link (bottom of each page
on our site) using the userid and
password that you entered upon placing
your order.

date change, or check on your order.
Changes are NOT possible for many items
once an order has been placed on our
website.
